U.S. has upended buy-sell planning for every business owner potentially facing an estate tax. This presentation will examine the tax\, legal and practical implications of this decision and provide analysis of several potential innovative solutions. \n11:30 am – Lunch and networking \n12:00 pm – Keynote speaker\, Sen. Mark Mann\, OK Senate District 46. \nSenator Mann is a licensed insurance professional and member of NAIFA – Oklahoma City. He was elected to the Senate in 2024 and his district covers Del City and parts of Oklahoma City.
