Learning objectives: The financial industry is waking up to the reality that clients are aging. Some of them are being thrust into caregiving roles, some are experiencing dementia, and many are leaving the workforce to care for aging loved ones. Advisors who understand, identify and address these clients’ needs will differentiate themselves from those who ignore them.
