This program will cover recent developments for estate planning during 2024 and beyond and will benefit estate planners, attorneys, trust officers, accountants, insurance advisors and wealth management professionals. The discussion will include themes of the current planning environment, mico-aggressions, Corporate Transparency Act, irrevocable trusts, NIMCRUT and other planning topics.

12:00 p.m. – Business meeting and Keynote speaker – C. Brett Robinson, NAIFA – Oklahoma Lobbyist. He will provide an overview of the recent election in Oklahoma, the anticipated bills to be heard in the upcoming Legislative Session.
